Plan a Party

There are many details that come to mind when you think about planning a wedding, maybe so many that there are a few things that tend to get overlooked.  One of these may be whether the favors you’re giving to your guests are throw away type favors or if they are keepsake type favors.  Which would you rather have?

Some people are just naturally keepsake type people, therefore they think about such things, while others of us, it might never cross our minds.  No matter which type of person you are, it would be nice to consider this and give your wedding guests something that is more of a “keepsake” favor.

Keepsake favors allow your guests to remember you and your wedding day long after the event has gone by.  I have such a favor on my refrigerator as we speak.  The favor was from a friends wedding and is a magnet.  It is something I see daily and think of that friend.  This favor to me says “keepsake” rather than “throw away”.
Other ideas include bookmark favors, picture frame favors, coasters, and the like.

No matter what you choose be sure it is something that your guest will think enough of to actually keep.  That’s the whole point.
