How much shipping & handling cost should I pay?

All standard shipments will be made via UPS Ground, Priority Mail or First Class which is determined by NY Ardor, Inc. (If you need your order to be received by a specific date which is coming soon, please make a note when you checkout and we will notify you if expedited shipping is necessary. If it's necessary to use expedited shipping, your credit card will not be charged until we received your confirmation.). Most items cannot be shipped to a PO Box. All standard shipments will be charged based on the overall dollar amount of your order as follows:-

If you need expedited shipment, please contact us with the item number, quantity, the destination city, zip code and event date, we will then check the express shipping method and cost for you.
Please allow 1-3 business days before shipping. For expedited shipment, we will do our best to ship next business day. For personalized napkins and ribbon, we will ship within 7 business days. For personalized glassware, please allow 2 weeks before shipping. A rush fee may be accessed if customers need the personalized products sooner than the normal processing time.

If I live in AK, HI, APO, GU, PR or VI, how much shipping & handling should I pay?

For delivery outsides the lower 48 contiguous states, please contact us with the item number, quantity, city and postal code for shipping & handling rate. In most cases, we ship these order via Priority Mail by USPS. These orders will be processed offline and payment must be made via Google Checkout or Paypal base on your preference. Sorry that we do not ship to APO / FPO addresses for most items. You can email us and check if the items can be shipped or not.

Do you accept rush order?


It depends on what item you want to order and how much time is left. Please contact us with with the item number, quantity, the destination city, zip code and event date. We will then check the express shipping method and cost for you.  Rush order charge may apply for personalized items.

 

 

Do you charge sales tax?

If you are NY resident, a 8.375% Sales Tax will be required.

How can I contact your company?


The best way to contact us is by filling out our contact form, we usually reply within hours. Live support is available during day or night 24/7 if you see we are online.

 

 

How can I order samples?


You can order a maximum of 3 different samples which are shipped from the same warehouse*.
If the item comes in set, for instance, place card holders which usually come in set of 12, then we will only ship complete set of that item (we cannot ship 1 piece in these cases). The cost for the samples is the highest listed price of the item(s) plus shipping & handling charge of $7.95, assuming that the samples are to be shipped from the same warehouse.

*Most items are shipped from our warehouse in New York or Georgia. You can click the Ground Transit Times icon on each product page, it would tell you the location of the warehouse.

Do you have printed catalog?


To keep our prices low, we do not carry printed catalog. This helps to pass the saving onto you. Also, it helps to protect our environment. We add new products regularly on our online store, it is another reason that we do not carry printed catalog.  Most product comes with a large picture, so that you can get a closer look.

 

 

Are all items ready to be shipped?


Most items are ready to be shipped, except pre-order items and personalized items. When you place an order, your credit card will not be charged until we confirm that your order is ready to be shipped. We highly recommend you add our email address info@favors-n-gifts.com to your address book. It ensures our messages will not be filtered to your junk mail box.

How can I remove item(s) or change quantity of item(s) from my shopping cart?


To remove an item from the shopping cart, change the quantity of that item to “O”, then click the “update” button. To change the quantity of an item from the shopping cart, change the quantity in the quantity box, then click the “update” button.

 

 

Can I place an order by phone?


To place an order by phone, please continue to complete the checkout process. After you provide the billing and shipping address, you can choose to provide payment information over the phone. Then, continue to complete the whole checkout process until you get the order confirmation. You will then be contacted over the phone for payment information.

How long does it take to receive my order?


We usually ship your order within 1 to 3 business days. The delivery lead time depends on warehouse location and your location. You can click the Ground Transit Time icon on each product page to get an estimated days for delivery. For personalized napkins and ribbon, we will ship within 7 business days. For personalized glassware, please allow 2 weeks before shipping. A rush fee may be accessed if customers need the personalized products sooner than the normal processing time.

 

 

Why I didn't receive order confirmation for my order?


Once an order is placed, it will be confirmed at the last checkout page and we will send an order confirmation to the email provided in a few minutes. If you did not receive any order confirmation after an hour, the order confirmation probably be filtered to your junk mail box. If you could not find it in your junk mail box, please contact us with the item no. and quantity that you have purchased. If you have written down the order confirmation number, please also include it in your message. We highly recommend you add our email address info@favors-n-gifts.com to your address book. It ensures our messages will not be filtered to your junk mail box so that you can know the status of your order.

Why should I pre-order out of stock items and how can I do it?


Some popular items are being sold very fast. If the item that you are interested is temporarily out of stock, we suggest you place a pre-order. It ensures that the items and desired quantity will be reserved for you (Some pre-order items are in high demand and always sold out before the next shipment arrives). To place a pre-order, please contact us with the following information:-

Once we receive your request, we will send you a custom order form with simple instruction by email.

 

 

How can I track my order?

Can I exchange or return my order?


If you have received your order and would like to exchange or return the whole order, please contact us with your order number and a brief reason for the exchange or return within 5 business days. We will then provide you with further instruction. If the exchange or return is not a result of our error, customer must pay all costs related to shipping. After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the items, less the original shipping & handling fees. We do not charge restocking fees if the return or exchange is handled properly by customers. Please note that personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Can I cancel my order?


If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us with your order number. If the order has not been processed and shipped, we will cancel the order for you. However, if the order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel your order. You can request a return within 5 business days after receiving your order. Customer must pay all costs related to shipping. After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the items, less the original shipping & handling fees. We do not charge restocking fees if the return or exchange is handled properly by customers. Please note that personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned.

 

 

What if I refuse my package(s)?


Customers refuse to receive the order upon delivery will be subjected to a 20% re-stocking fee. Customer will be charged original shipping & return shipping for any refused package(s).

What if I entered the incorrect shipping address?


Customer will be charged for undelivered shipment due to incorrect address entered on the order form. To re-ship the order to the correct address, customer will be charged the same shipping & handling rate as the original order.

 

 

What if I received the wrong item(s)?


If you received the wrong item(s), please contact us with the item number of the wrong item shown on the packaging and some information shown on the packing slip such as order number and quantity…etc. If you have fax machine, you can fax the packing slip to our toll free number 1-888-700-6478. We will then provide you with further instruction.

What if damages found for my order?


All damage claims MUST be made within 3 business days of receipt of order. If your order is shipped by UPS, please call UPS first at 1-800-PICK-UPS to report the damage. Then, contact us  to describe the damages. If possible, please email us a few pictures to show the damage.  Save all packaging materials (shipping carrier may schedule an inspection). We will then provide you with further instruction.  We will not be responsible for any replacements or credit if the damage is not reported to us in a timely manner. Afterwards, all shipment will be considered to be in good condition.

 

 

What if the tracking status said my order was delivered but I didn't get it?


Once a shipping carrier leaves our facilities, they become responsible for the freight. The carrier's driver at his discretion may choose to leave the package at the door, if the package is left at the door, then it becomes the customers' responsibility. NY Ardor, Inc. assumes no liability for packages left at the door. It is advisable that the shipping address provided have someone to receive the package (for example, working address). 
Lost claim must be reported within 5 business days from the delivery date shown at tracking page. If your order is shipped by UPS, please call UPS first at 1-800-PICK-UPS to report the lost. Then, contact us with the order number. We will assist you to file the claim and arrange replacement or credit.   We will not be responsible for any replacements or credit if the lost is not reported to us in a timely manner. Afterwards, all shipment will be considered to be in good condition.
