Shipping and Handling Cost Estimation

We can ship orders to you anywhere in the world! However, rates vary so widely. We are not able to provide a detailed chart for you to estimate your shipping and handling costs. Except Canada (we can ship to Canada by USPS or UPS), we ship international packages via United States Postal Services (USPS). If you are interested in any items, please contact us with the following information:-

• Item number
• Quantity
• Country
• City and zip code if you are from Canada (We need these information to check the UPS Ground Service cost to Canada).
• Event date

Important 1: We recommend that you place your order at least 2 months before your event date. Although it normally takes 10 - 14 business days (please add another 5 - 7 business days if you plan to order personalized gift tags as well) for you to receive your order, the Custom at your country may hold your package for up to 30 business days (6 weeks) even if you paid for Express Mail Service. We are not responsible for any delay once the packages leave U.S.A.

Important 2: Before we ship any orders, we will check the items carefully to make sure that there is no damage. However, we are not responsible for any damage during transit. We recommend that you order some extra pieces for fragile items as it is costly to ship replacement pieces.

Important 3: Please note that there may be Import Duty, Tariff and Taxes charged at the destination country.

Payment

As we cannot process credit card issued outsides the continental U.S., we only accept payment via Google Checkout or Paypal for all international orders. Once you decide to place an order, we will send you an invoice either by Google Checkout or Paypal. Please let us know your invoice preference. To make payment, simply follow the instruction on the invoice, both Google Checkout and Paypal accept major credit cards issued worldwide.
